Jim worked alongside his father Michael Blair (of Blair Construction) learning the trade and the nuances of building in a coastal environment.
But, his favorite part of the work is connecting with customers and making the process of building a new home enjoyable for the homeowner.

Jim Blair grew up and lives in Tillamook, Oregon with his wife and two young boys. He is passionate about creating custom projects from machining engine parts to luxury tree house for the boys. That passion translates to the homebuilding process through custom and detailed features and finish work.
